Based on current Victorian Government regulations, all participants (over 12 and 2months) attending indoor services and events at Shule need to be double vaccinated.
Please fill out the form below to register your COVID Vaccination Certificate with us. Your certificate will be deleted once it has been sighted and noted by the Shule office.

After completing this form you will be able to pre-register for any forthcoming Shule services here, and for the Chanukah on Acland Street here. You will be required to enter your COVID Document Number (found on your certificate).
